This is somewhat east, on somewhat East Santa Monica B'vard. Trees 'n fence. But where?

This was before the last photo, in between the palm trees, with "the sun." But?! WHERE?!?!

...And this was before THAT, with a fork lift, diggin' some holes. But, why?! And WHERE?!?!
